“Restaurant Management System (RMS)" is an application ,this system wake to provide service facility to restaurant and also to the customer. The services that are supply food ordering and management by the customer through the Smartphone, customer information management information and report. Main objective build the system this is to provide ordering food, facilities, list of catering order, list of occasion order service by mobile to the customer. It will become easier and systematic to replace traditional system where are still using paper. Furthermore, this system is applicable any time and where also customer. During the development of RMS, the methodology being used is Prototyping model. Each process during the development process is followed by each phases in Prototyping model. Furthermore, this project will develop for restaurants management and enhance business in system business. The details will be stored in database.

Existing System

Present system is manual. The Project Metrics has to enter all the details of project, documents, and tasks. It also maintains the team information and also efforts estimation. For this purpose the organization maintain the size of the document, source code and update the information about team member’s details   manually. Which is much of time consuming process and more importantly it is error prone. Limitations of the Manual system

5.     Retrieval of data takes lot of time

Objectives Of The Proposed System

•       To enable  booking  and store in database 

•       To enable automated data entry methods.

•       Ensure efficient and reliable communication within the restaurant.

•       Avoid data entry errors by use of input masks.

•       Enable easy authorized modification of data.

•       Enforce security measures to avoid unauthorized access to guest records.

•       Enable fast and easy retrieval of guest records and data for fast reference activities.

You can create notes displaying on your mobile. Your notes can be displayed immediately after creation or in the certain moments of time. You can create notes of custom sizes and colors and set different types for your notes. Provide name, address and date. It can be store in database.

Your notes can be displayed immediately after creation or in the certain moments of time. You can create notes of custom sizes and colors and set different types for your notes. give name, place and date of catering.
