Advanced Call Taxi Meter

Aim :- :-

This project is an advanced call taximeter, which provides more advanced technology, which is not at the present. This project is specifically implemented to calculate the distance, meter reading and the waiting time.

Project Description

Our project is micro controller based advanced call taximeter implemented to calculate    the distance traveled and the waiting time. Here we make use of km counting circuit to calculate the distance traveled and the waiting time also counted by this circuit. This is similar to the meter reading; a sensor, which is kept in between the slotted disk of analog energy meter, takes the meter readings. Then the no of pulse will be calculated.  From this the distance traveled is calculated .The alarm is turned on when the destination is reached. The controlling section controls all the process. The interfacing is done through I\O lines. The distance traveled and the waiting time is displayed by means of LCD.
